Why the stock part is absolute pain
When you tune your TU engine to make 550+ lb-ft of torque, the stock TCU panics. Its factory software has strict torque limiters that actively throttle the engine and slip the clutches to protect itself, meaning you lose power and burn up the transmission. xHP removes these limiters and jacks up the hydraulic line pressure, clamping the clutch packs down hard.
